Bobby Desilets returns to the Scorpions Soccer Club for a second year to be the Head Coach of the girls' U17 Premier team and assist with the boys' U12 Elite.
Currently he is the Women's Soccer Head Coach at Newbury College. Prior to joining the soccer program at Newbury, Bobby was the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Lesley University, leading the team to their best record (16-3-2) in program history in 2008. Bobby has also assisted Lesley University Men's Soccer, along with the Eastern Mass FC U-15 boys Head Coach. Bobby started his coaching career as a coach at the Brain Ainscough soccer camp before becoming the Assistant Coach at Matignon High School.
A Rhode Island native, Bobby played collegiate soccer at Bowdoin College. He was a four year starter of the team and was named to the All-New England Team in 2004. He also completed his career ranked in the top ten for numerous records including 7th in most points in a career, 4th in career assists and 3rd in most goals in a season.
