John is a veteran of youth soccer circles in Southeastern Massachusetts. In eight years with Weymouth Soccer Club, John has been a coach of three Mass Tournament of Champions Winners. He has also been involved with Massachusetts premier clubs for six years. Prior to joining the Scorpions, John coached teams for Sporting Cristale, South Shore United, and South Shore Select.
Currently, John is the Weymouth High School girls coach. John was voted both the 2007 Eastern Mass Division 1 Girls Coach of the Year and the 2008 Boston Globe Division 1 Girls Coach of the Year.
John is the head coach of the Scorpions U12 Premier Team and also helps Coach Whitaker with the Junior Boys Program. John holds an NSCAA Coaching Diploma and is Camp Director for Weymouth Soccer Club during the summer.
