Friday, September 4, 2009. ALL Teams must register on Friday between 6pm - 10pm CST.

What you’ll need to Bring:
USYSA Teams
A COMPLETED copy of our Tournament Roster including any Guest players
A copy of your teams State Association Roster
Notarized Medical Releases from your State
USYSA Player Passes
Travel Permit if Traveling from Outside of MISSOURI
(Guest Player forms are no longer required by MYSA)
