GOOD THINGS TO KNOW

1. Please make sure that the family name or phone number is on your child’s size 3 soccer ball. There’s nothing in the first aid kit to mend the broken heart of a kid who lost their ball. If the name or number is on the ball, we can return the ball.

All volunteer positions, including that of coach are condiditonal upon the completion of the investigation. volunteers may be asked to relinquish their position depending on the findings. When completing the form, please write clearly and contact Sharon Wells, at msp@loudounsoccer.com, if you have an issue.

An adult should never be alone with the players (always have at least 2 adults).  All youth information is confidential and not to be sent in emails, posted on the website, sold or given to anyone or any entity for other than the intended purpose for which it was given and can only be given to the player’s custodial parent.
