HSC has recently instituted a process whereby all players are evaluated in a uniform manner. The reasoning behind this evaluation process is to aid us in correctly assigning players to teams at the beginning of the next season. The links below will allow you to download the correct form for your age division. Each coach is responsible for evaluating the players on their team. Please complete these evaluation forms correctly and completely as it will only assist in making sure talent level is evenly distributed across teams next season.
