| Brad DavisSLSG Alum Brad Davis was named to the roster for the
United States national team's January training camp in California, U.S.
Soccer announced Tuesday.
Davis was among 30 players, including 25 from Major League Soccer,
named to the squad that will train at The Home Depot Center in Carson,
Calif., from Jan. 4-23, concluding the camp with a friendly against

to Brent Broshaw for being named the “IYSA Boys Coach of the Year”.
Brent trains the SLSG IL U8 and U9 teams and runs the SLSG Illinois
Soccer School. “Brent has a unique but very effective way of
communicating, motivating and teaching young players. He is an asset
to the entire SLSG program, we will see the fruits of his labor in the
coming years”, comments SLSG director Dale Schilly.

midfielder, Brad Davis. Brad scored the game-winning goal and added two
assists in the Dynamo's 3-2 victory over Real Salt Lake on Sept. 19.
His efforts on the field garnered him Major League Soccer's Player of
the Week for Week 27 of the 2009 season. This was Davis' third career
MLS Player of the Week award. Brad was a 2009 MLS All-Star & is
having one the best seasons of his eight-year MLS career, nearing his
career best totals with 5 goals & 10 assists.

State and Regional Championship team - Keith Grieshaber and Sean
Clancy. Keith, a forward for the team, scored one goal in each game of

win, and had the game winning goal in the Region finals for the 1-0
victory over the Michigan Wolves. Sean, the goalkeeper for the team,
did not allow a goal throughout the entire Missouri Cup and Region Two
Championship series, posting an impressive eight shutouts. The team,
coached by Kevin Kalish and Tim Leonard, will compete for the National
