When Blue Sombrero was founded in 2002, the critical decision was made to provide full-time support to parents registering their children using Blue Sombrero services. This day-to-day relationship supporting parents has allowed us to refine our services, making them the most user-friendly around. This ongoing refinement has led to a 95% success rate amongst first time users – that means that less than 5% of all parents using Blue Sombrero online registration systems for the first time, encounter any problems.
