This is why we offer a full suite of support tools designed to help Blue Sombrero customers perform every function of our service on their own. Those support tools include:

During Training/Implementation

• Registration Setup Consultation – as each new Blue Sombrero customer is brought on, our support team schedules a one-on-one phone consultation to help setup their online registration.

• Web Training Classes – twice per week, Blue Sombrero customer support holds one hour training classes over the phone and internet to educate new customers on how to best use Blue Sombrero services.

• Live Personalized Web Training – all BLUE CARPET™ customers receive live, one-on-one training from Blue Sombrero’s support team providing explicit detail on every aspect of Blue Sombrero’s full suite of services.

• Training Review Call – once implementation is complete and club specific registration setup, all BLUE CARPET™ customers schedule a Training Review Call with Blue Sombrero’s support team to ensure they are maximizing all functionality.

• Training Videos – all Blue Sombrero customers receive 4+ hours of online training videos broken up into sections to walk them through the training and implementation process on their own.

Ongoing Support

• Seasonal Review Call – BLUE CARPET™ customers consult with Blue Sombrero’s support team after each registration season to ensure they have implemented the most effective process.

• Blue Sombrero User Guide – sent out to all Blue Sombrero customers, this is an ongoing reference to answer any and all questions on how to use our services.

• Benton’s Corner – each month, Blue Sombrero customers receive a new edition of “Benton’s Corner”, authored by our own Director of Operations, Benton Carper. This valuable series provides Administrators with tips on how to best utilize Blue Sombrero services and best practices from youth sport organizations that we work with around the country.
