Futsal schedules are posted on the calendar
The entire team attends on the same dates and times.  They will be broken into groups for small sided play following a 20-30 minute technical session.

• Futsal:  The girls will be participating in the first session of Futsal.  All the games are at High Velocity and are played on the basketball courts.  The cost will be $60/player.  Team assignments will be made in the near future.  You can find the game days listed in our team calendar. Sign up for all three sessions for $150.
• SAQ:  This voluntary training program will take place on Tuesdays in January and March.  The specific dates can be found on our team calendar.  The cost of the sessions is $90 (registration deadline - 12/31/09).  The focus of the program is on developing balance, agility, coordination, and footwork with the aid of plyometrics, core strength/stability, speed, and low-load velocity training.
• Celtic Touch:  One hour technical training sessions are being held on Tuesdays between November 3rd and December 8th on the fields at High Velocity.  Times overlap and run from 5:15-7:15 PM.  Players will be grouped by age and skill.  The cost of the program is $60 (registration deadline - 10/30/09).
