Ann Arbor Arsenal U12 Boys Blue Soccer Team:

Thank you so much for helping to collect food and park cars at Food Gatherers’ Sweet 16 Party and Open House on November 21, 2004. We couldn’t have done it without all of your helping hands!

The Sweet 16 Party and Open House was a very successful public awareness event for Food Gatherers. Approximately 250 people took a tour of our beautiful new warehouse, tasted yummy birthday cakes, and enjoyed a drum performance by youth from Peace Neighborhood Center’s drum line.

Since 1988, Food Gatherers has distributed approximately 20 million pounds of food throughout Washtenaw County. Food Gatherers is able to recover and deliver a pound of food for less than the price of a postage stamp!
