WideWorld Referees,
Players may not wear cleats at WideWorld. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you notice a player with cleats on you must instruct them to leave the field immediately and not return until they are in something different. If they don't have any other shoes then they are out of luck and may not play that game.
Players must also be wearing shinguards. There are no exceptions to this rule either. If you notice a player without shinguards you must instruct them to leave the field immediately and not return until they are wearing shinguards. If they forgot or didn't bring any then they will just have to miss that game until they can get sorted out.
If you have any problems from any players, coaches, managers, or spectators please get a manager from the front office to help you out.
