The Colonial Regional League is a fully sanctioned, sub-regional league under Region I.  The League is for US Youth Soccer teams from Eastern Pennsylvania (EPYSA), Virginia (VYSA), Maryland (MSYSA), Delaware (DYSA), and Southern New Jersey (NJYS) and the league will be administered by Region I Administrators.  The following teams were accepted for the Colonial Regional League in the Spring of 2010:
