DC-Area Universities:
The Bethesda Soccer Club Thanksgiving Tournament takes place close to the Nation’s Capital, which is home to many of the area’s finest Universities. The Bethesda Soccer Club recognizes that many of the players attending our tournament might be interested in visiting these local universities. To facilitate this process, the Bethesda Soccer Club has compiled information on the Universities in our area and the names and contact information of the Head Soccer coaches (see links below). For some Universities, Bethesda SC was able to make arrangements for Friday morning tours. Players are asked to register for these tours. We encourage those interested in touring the other Universities to contact the school directly at the URL address provided. Self-guided tours are available or group tours may be available through the admissions office. For more information, please click on the links below.

Great Exposure to College Coaches On and Off Field
- The Tournament will be host to many college coaches. This opportunity for exposure has enabled us to strengthen the competitive level of play in the U-17 and U-19 age groups in recent years, which in turn draws more coaches. Teams in these age groups play three 80-minute games.
- In order to provide your players high visibility, we will ask the players U15 and up to complete player profile forms that can be accessed through our partner CaptainU at Captainu.com/athletes/new.
- Teams will have an opportunity to make their team booklets available to coaches at a distribution table during registration.
Player Data & Profiles for College Recruiters
- The BSC Tournament is proud to announce that we have partnered with CaptainU to provide online profiles and player books for college coaches. CaptainU, the leading college soccer recruiting company will provide player profile books and free access to their online software to help all attending teams and players maximize their exposure to college coaches. U15 and older teams should fill out the player data. College coaches who register with the tournament will have access to these profiles. If you have any questions, please contact Laura Gurney.
