Spring 2008

Registration Fee (U12 and above)	$50
Registration Fee (U8 division -- no referees)	$50

 ** An annual uniform allowance (jersey, shorts, socks) is included in the initial registration fee. Any replacement uniform needs will be at the cost of the player as indicated below.**

The following refund policy applies to all CSA programs. Refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

 

Full Refund	player cannot be placed due to the closing of a division or a girl’s only program.
Full Refund minus a $25 handling fee	player’s family moves outside a 60 mile radius for a job related move before the season starts but after registration.
50% Refund	player’s family moves outside a 60 mile radius for a job related move after the season starts but before the half-way mark of the season  (based on number of games). player is injured or has an illness that prohibits play and is documented by a physician before the half-way mark of the season  (based on number of games).

 There will be NO refunds for:

• player’s participating in over half of the season (based on number of games).
• player’s loosing interest, schedule conflicts, etc.
• player suspension for disciplinary reasons, nor for temporary or permanent withdrawal due to unforeseen emergencies.

 Process

 Please submit written request for refund or appeal to refund policy to the Director of Coaching or to one of the Vice Presidents of the respective leagues (Academy, Recreational, Travel) in which the player participates (see Contacts & Staff for names and contact information). All requests will be reviewed and refund issued within the next regular accounting cycle.
