..... Proof of Insurance if you are not registered with USYSA or a State affiliate

Applications:
A $25 Discount will be given to teams registering and paying by 2/15/2010.
An additional $25 Discount will be given to teams who played in the rained out 2009 Midwest Kickoff Classic

Full-Price Entry Fee:
U8-U10:.......$495 (6v6)
U11-U12:.....$550 (8v8)
U13-U18:.....$595 (11v11)

Gold and Silver Divisions, if numbers permit
Games on Fri will only be scheduled for in-town teams
