Please note the following:
Recreational players will continue to be assigned to teams at the discretion of the BVSC. Special requests to play with a particular team or child may be entered, but we cannot guarantee these requests will be granted. Current recreational players trying out for a BVSC premier team may wish to register their player for the fall 2009 recreational season in order to be guaranteed placement on their current recreational team if they are not placed on a premier team. This If the player makes a premier team, your recreational registration fees will be credited to your user account and can be applied to your premier team fees. Refunds prior to the beginning of the season will be granted minus a $20 administrative fee to those who no longer wish to play fall soccer. No refunds will be granted after the season has begun. Late fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable. If your child is playing with us for the first time, we must collect a birth certificate from you for that child to verify their age before we can allow them to play. This means that we need to either have a copy of the birth certificate faxed, mailed or brought to our office for review. If your child has been playing with us and we have not notified you otherwise, this does not apply as we likely already have it on file and therefore do not need to see it again. Recreational players may not be registered on both a recreational and premier team and vise-versa. Please read and make note of the BVSC Commitments and Expectation Documents listed on our website for parents, players and coaches. We expect all registered families to adhere to these policies.
