The Blue Valley STARS was established for the specific purpose of developing a competitive youth soccer program. Our priority is focused on player development, which is essential to the long-term growth and improvement of the player. Player development demands that “the player is central” to all decisions made regarding training and competition.
Our goal is to place players with like ability in the same competitive environment. The BV STARS program is unique in that it is a true club system.
