CCSA Coaching Staff
A quality program starts and ends with the training a player receives, and the CCSA takes great pride in having the one of the finest coaching staffs in the state. Our coaches are the backbone of who we are. We hire the best coaches possible and support their education with national licensing clinics, workshops and seminars. The coaches at the Select level of the CCSA will be under the direction of TBA, Select Director of Coaching, to ensure quality and compliance with the standards, philosophy and curriculum of the CCSA. The coaches at the Recreation level of the CCSA will be under the direction of Eddie Carmean, Recreation Director of Coaching. Our staff achievements range from former professional players and coaches, Olympic Development coaches, and college coaches and college soccer players. All coaches in the CCSA Select Program are licensed by either the USSF or NSCAA. We believe higher level coaches help to develop higher level players.
