| What do our Recreation Registration fees pay for? - Wednesday, September 26, 2007The Cape Coral Soccer Association (CCSA) is often times asked by it's membership where their Recreation Registration Fees are being spent? The CCSA due to their dedicated volunteers are capable of keeping the fees at a minimum. The following are some of the items and areas in which your fees pay CCSA expenses.
* Salary of Recreation Director of Coaching
* Wages of Administrative Assistant
* Wages of CCSA Field Maintenance Person(s)
* Wages of concessions personnel
* Referee Fees
* Uniforms & Shipping Costs
* Fabrication/Purchase of Goals & Benches
* Nets/Cable Ties
* Field Flags
* Field Paint
* Striping Machines
* Fall Festival Expenses
* Trophies/Medals/Plaques
* Coaches Shirts, Cones, Balls, Air Pumps
* Office Supplies & Office Equipment
* Printing Costs

What to do when a player has a claim?
Excess Accident coverage is automatically provided to registered members of the Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) as a part of the CCSA registration. The Accident policy provides coverage for registered player's during FYSA sanctioned events, including regularly scheduled practices and games. This coverage is excess above the player's own family health insurance. There is a $2,000 deductible on each claim. The insurance company will pay 80% of the elgible amount after the deductible has been applied. The claimant is responsible for the other 20%. If you have any questions about reported claims, completing the claim form, or need copies of the claim form, call the FYSA Claims Department at M.E. Wilson Company, Inc @ 888-229-8021. The form must be signed by the Coach, President of the CCSA and parent or legal guardian. The fully completed, signed claim form must be returned to: M.E. Wilson Inc., P.O. Box 373, Tampa, FL 33601.

| CCSA TOPSoccer Program Receives USYSA Grant - Thursday, May 17, 2007US Youth Soccer, the largest youth sports organization in the United States, announced today that it has made funds available to 27 different groups nationwide, as a part of it's 10th annual grants program cycle. Amongst the 27 programs, through its partnership with Adidas, US Youth Soccer awarded $85,000 in grant money for 2007. read more ...
