Aces Soccer School: Speed & Agility

This class will explore how developing coordination, agility, and footwork greatly improve the soccer athlete. The 5-7 year olds in the class will focus on fun activities that will develop and enhance their coordination, balance, agility, change of direction, and footwork. The 8-14 year olds will focus on those similar aspects of soccer development and will also explore the foundations of quickness and explosion. Dynamic footwork sessions will increase the athletic ability of all the class participants. Please wear running shoes or indoor shoes for this class. No cleats or shin guards are necessary.
