Travel Tryout Schedule
The Travel Troyuts are complete. - Sunday, May 17, 2009
Now the Travel Team Rosters will be completed by May 30th.

The evaluation forms have been delivered to the travel
coaches in support of their formation of their team rosters.
The coaches will form their teams by May 30th and then
contact all of the players that have made their teams. The
players that have not made a travel team due to the number
of teams available and players trying out will be informed
(to the parents) by coaches or the TMT.

All travel players will then be required to complete their
HSC registration / payment online in order to verify the
overall team roster. An e-mail will be sent out announcing
the online registration.


The following are the forms that were required at tryouts
(the same forms must be submitted to the team managers once
the teams have been formed by any players that have not
sbmitted these forms):

1. A one inch by one inch "headshot" photo (printed on
glossy photo paper , NOT regular copier paper). The picture
will be used for the player's identification pass.

2. A copy (NOT the original) of the player's birth
certificate.

3. Girls: the EPYSA Participant Registration Form (RG6)

4. Boys: the EPYSA Participant Registration Form (RG6) (this
form was recently changed by Delco).
