I have been getting some complaints about the memorymate size.  It seems the people are putting the photographs in the wrong spots. The number 1 photo should be the individual photo and the number 2 photo should be the team.  If you reverse them the photos come out very small. That is the complaint. If anyone has the wrong memorymate they can contact Peter at photostockplus at 866-268-9206 ext 239 and he will reprint the memorymate at no charge.

How do I get my photos
This year we are doing things a little differently. Instead of all the paper work and worry of not getting the photos to you by end of season, all photographs will be posted to a custom website hosted by Robert Wood Photography. PLUS, all purchases will be shipped directly to YOUR HOME! Simply visit

http://www.robertwood.photostockplus.com/  AFTER THE PHOTOS ARE TAKEN.  At this point we are not listed but after the pictures are taken, you will be able to choose your child’s team and/or individual photograph from a menu and begin ordering. Because we are using this new service from Robert Wood Photography, you will have a wider variety of products including tote bags and calendars, and they ship right to YOUR HOME! The site will be up until October 31, 2009.

 

What to do the day of your child’s photo

Be at the designated field at least 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled time, in full uniform. There is a $10.00 charge for us to photograph your child and that is due at the time the photograph is taken.  You can pay this with cash, check or credit card. You will receive a $10.00 discount coupon to be used at the time of checkout on the website. No child will be photographed individually without the $10.00 being paid. Your child will be photographed in the team photo at no charge. We suggest all children be photographed individually and with their team. Last year there were problems with children not having their individual photographs taken.
