Fall 2009 Recreation player fees: (ON-TIME Registration EXTENDED to 7/21)
May 26 to July 21: $95 per player       $85 + $10 (Loud. Co.Youth Maint. and Sports User Fee)
After July 21:         $120 per player      $85 + $10 (County User fee) + $25 late fee   ($25 fee is non-refundable after July 21 and $10 is non-refundable after July 30)
(Challenge registrations only closes on July 15)
Mini Soccer Program will have 6 locations to choose from: Ashburn, Brambleton, Leesburg, Purcellville, South Riding and Sterling.
Challenge players must register by July 15(extended to 7/21).

All new players must provide proof of age. Please provide birth certificate or passport by mail or fax or walk-in. If your child is a returning player, but has not shown proof of age, you will receive a email notification and he or she will not be placed on a team until you provide it.

Practices for U6 to U19 players will begin the week of August 31. The first game is September 12. The mini soccer program starts on September 12.

Spring 2010 registration will open in mid-December. Online registration only .

Also note that the registration fee has changed. Loudoun Soccer has kept the registration at $85.00, but there is a mandatory Loudoun Co. Maintenance and Youth Sports User Fee of $10 per player. This is reflected in checkout at $95 per player.

Registration Instructions:
1. Go to Loudounsoccer.com and click on the Online Registration link on the Registration page
2. Click on the “Register” button in the upper left corner of the home page
3. Enter your primary contact information and create an account.
4. Enter your participant’s information and click “Next.”
5. Select the program in which your player will be participating.
6. Click “Next” to move on with registration or “Update and add another participant” to add an additional player to your account.
7. Continue through all steps of registration and make sure to enter information in any fields marked with a red asterisk (*).
8. If you would like to volunteer, you must sign up online to do so. The volunteer sign up step is right after the participant information screen. Again, all volunteers MUST sign up online in order to be considered for coaching positions.
9. If paying by credit card, please make sure that all of your billing information is entered correctly!
Click on “Submit” at the bottom of the checkout screen. Please note – if you do not click “Submit” or if you do not receive an Order Confirmation email (check your spam folder for this email, just in case!), your registration is NOT COMPLETE

Proof of Age and Uniform information

New players can be registered on-line, but their registration will not be considered final until proof of age is provided. Any returning player that has not shown proof of age will not be placed until it is provided. If you are registering a new player, please print out the registration confirmation page and fax, bring it in or mail it to Loudoun Soccer with birth certificate, passport or other official document that verifies a birth date. Please note that you may continue to register via the mail-in form if you are not comfortable with registering on line. Just click on one of the links below to access the proper registration form.

Uniforms:

SFL players (U13-U19): If the player did not participate in our SFL program during the last 4 seasons, they will need to purchase a uniform. The uniform kit consists of 2 jerseys, 1 pair of shorts and 1 pair of socks. The cost per player is $36 and will be added to the online registration fee or must be included with the mail in form. The jerseys will come in blank and will need to be numbered.

Mini U3, U4 & U5 players will receive a shirt on the first day.

All new U6-U12 players will need to purchase a uniform for Spring 2009. The new uniforms are for participants that did not play in Spring or Fall 2008. Store locations are listed under the "Uniform" section of the website.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be postmarked by September 4, 2009 for the Fall Season . A signature is required on the request. The following charges will apply:

A $15 processing fee will be subtracted (per player) from any refunds.
The $25 late fee is non-refundable.
The $10 Loudoun County Use fee is non-refundable in refund requests that are received after July 30.

E-mailed refund requests will not be accepted. Please mail to PO Box 1358, Leesburg, VA 20177, hand deliver to 302B Industrial Ct., Leesburg, VA 20175 or fax to 703-777-1029.

Check refunds will be processed in the Loudoun Soccer office and a check will be mailed to the parent or guardian making refund request at the current household address or to address listed on refund request, if different.

There will be no credit card refunds for the Fall 2009 season. All refunds will be issued by check.

No refunds will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be given after the first game.
