Scheduling Games at Freedom Ridge Park:

All field request for games at Freedom Ridge must be EMAILED to:
Steve Given: smcsoscheduler@comcast.net.

You must also copy Rex Banks on all field request for games:  RBANKS3918@aol.com

What to include in Field Request:

The field request for a game must include the following:

1. Team making the request and the opponent.

2. Contact information for the manager & coach (phone & email)

3. Preferred time and date for the game. ++

4. Preferred format - (30 or 35 minute halves)

5. If the request is for multiple games - include all teams participating and a proposed schedule.

Rules:

All requests must be sumitted within 7 days of the preferred date.

Lester will confirm the request with an email giving you the field, date and time for your game. A game is not considered scheduled until you receive a confirmation email and it is place on the schedule via this website.

All cancellations MUST be made before 48 hours of game time. Teams cancelling games within 48 hours of the game time WILL be required to pall ALL referee fees. If a team cancels within 48 hours and does not pay the referee fees, no games will be scheduled for that team until the fees are paid. The team making the request is responsible for paying the fees - reguardless of the reason for cancelling. This DOES NOT apply to field closure for inclement weather or other reasons.

To cancel a game you must contact Rex Banks at (601) 941-3526 withing 48 hours of the game time.

Referees are required for all games scheduled at Freedom.

All Fees must be paid in CASH before the start of the game. The cash must be in correct denominations for all referees. We cannot make change.

Rex Banks will advise you as to how the Assignor Fee is to be paid once the request is made.

To Cancel a Scheduled Game

To cancel a scheduled game you must contact Rex Banks at (601) 941-3526 within 48 hours of the game time.
++ There is no guarantee that you will be given the preferred time or date, but we will do our best to accommodate you. Scheduling is done on a first come, first serve basis.
