- USSF National C License
- NSCAA National Youth Diploma
- NSCAA Regional Goalkeeper Diploma
- 6 Years Playing Experience in the USASA, US Amateur Soccer Association
- 9 Years Coaching Experience with PASA/CFA
- Currently on staff as CFA Interim Director of Coaching
CFA is moving forward with a Technical Plan for Select that is consistent and motivated by developing the technical skills of our players while continuing to focus on our core strengths and the foundation of our organization.
CFA will develop a consistent technical plan across all age groups and skills levels. The technical plan will focus on identifying the strengths and areas of opportunity for each age group and will cater specific, proactive training to enhance those skills/objectives. Pete will incorporate the Dutch Style of Soccer (using the Coerver method) beginning with the younger age groups, while enhancing the experience of our older players.
As Program Director, Pete will determine the appropriate level of play for our Select teams. He will be responsible for the staffing of the club and will work closely with the Technical Director to ensure the Technical plan is being followed on all levels.
