Over 30 League (Co-Ed) - Summer

The Coed Over-30 League is open to players 30 years of age and older. Absolutely no age exceptions will be made. Identification must be shown at the first game, if necessary. Games will be played at the PASA/CFA Complex on Thursday evenings at 6:30 or 7:45. Registration fee is $50. Spouse requests will be honored. No other team requests will be honored.

Ladies League (over 21) - Summer

The Ladies League is open to players 21 years of age and older. Absolutely no age exceptions will be made. Identification must be shown at the first game, if necessary. PASA/CFA will be utilizing a new game format. Games will be played pick-up style. There will be no team assignments. Players will need to bring a white t-shirt and a dark t-shirt to each game. This game format has been very successful in other PASA/CFA leagues played in the spring and fall of each season. The goal is to have fun and get some exercise while doing so! The registration fee is $40. Pre-registration is suggested, but not required. You may bring friends and show up on the first game night—date to be determined. No phone calls or emails will be made. Games will be played at the PASA/CFA Complex on Monday evenings at 6:45.

Family League (14 years of age and older - Co-Ed) - Summer

The Family League is open to all high-school age players and above. The minimum age requirement is a freshman in high school the following fall season. Absolutely no age exceptions will be made. There is no adult age limit. Registration fee is $45. Games will be played at the PASA/CFA Complex on Tuesday evenings. 
Family team requests will be honored.

Over 40 League (Co-Ed) - Spring, Summer, and Fall

The Coed Over-40 League is open to male players 40 years of age and older. Female players must be at least 35 years of age.  Games will be played pick-up style. Players will need to bring a white t-shirt and a dark t-shirt to each game. There will be no team assignments.  Registration is $45. Pre-registration is suggested, but not necessary. You are welcome to register on the first game day.

PASA/CFA Adult Leagues General Rules of Conduct

Registration for each league is required. Players in the Ladies League and Over-40 League may register the first game night. Players may not jump back and forth between leagues. Please fill out a separate registration form for each league requested.

All players must meet the age requirements of the selected league of play. There will be no exceptions. If requested, a player must show appropriate identification (i.e. driver’s license, school ID card, etc.).

A player may not participate in the first game if payment is not received.

No slide tackling is permitted.

Players will maintain a sense of fair play at all times.

Players will treat each other with respect at all times.

Dissention will not be tolerated by the referees.

A player who receives two yellow cards must sit out one game.
The yellow cards do not have to occur in the same game.

A player who receives a red card must sit out one game. Depending upon the nature of the red card, the player may be ejected from the league. A red card requires a face-to-face meeting with Michelle Robinson, PASA/CFA Director of Referees. A player will not be reinstated unless this meeting has taken place. If a player receives two red cards, they will be ejected from the league. There will be no exceptions.

Teams will play each week with the same amount of players. Teams may borrow players from the opposing team. This is not a “bring-your-own-team” league.

Rostered players should play with their appropriate teams. There may be a need for additional substitute players due to various reasons. The “guest” players may not take game time away from rostered players. The “guest” players should be treated as subs. All “guest” players must be registered within the league of play.

PASA/CFA reserves the right to decline registration forms.
