Kim Lockwood

Kimberly Lockwood is part of the full-time staff at the Boys & Girls Club of Ridgefield. Kim began working at the Club part-time and with all her energy and hard work, she became full time in June of 2008. Kim’s is the Program Director here at the Club.

Her entire life Kim has always enjoyed working with children no matter what age, background or ability. Before arriving to the Boys and Girls club, Kim was a nanny for five years for a family of three will finishing her college education on a part-time basis. Kim also previously worked at the Recreation Center in Hilton Head South Carolina. Kim was the Youth Director, managing the afterschool program and summer camp. Kim also got to design and implement other programs pertaining to children from the ages of two years through thirteen years of age. Kim has also experience teaching preschool and has worked with mentally and physically disabled children as well.

Kim earned an Associate’s degree in Recreation and Leisure Services at Norwalk Community College in December of 2007.

Kim currently resides in Bethel, Connecticut with her fiancé Richard. They are currently planning their wedding.
