Title: Program Coordinator

Meet the newest member of the Boys and Girls Club of Ridgefield's staff, Kristin Goncalves.  Kristin first joined us in September of 2008 as an intern from Western Connecticut State University, where she graduated with a BS in Health Promotion Studies and a concentration in Community Health.  She know joins us with energy and excitement as our Program Coordinator. 

Over the summer, Kristin worked with our high school students in the Leaders In Training program and now co-advises our Keystone Club and works closely with our Junior Staff members.  During the school year she can usually be found in one of the learning centers or the Technology Center, where she is always coming up with new Tech Center Challenges!

Kristin grew up in Danbury, and has worked with children her whole life. Before joining us at the Club, she previously taught preschool in Danbury for 7 years, and volunteered at many local elementary schools, providing one on one homework help.

She currently resides in Danbury, with her Mom, her sister and brother, and her dog, Bailee.
