One of the key ingredients to a successful club is creating and utilizing clear and consistent communication between all parties including but not limited to: the Technical Director, Senior and Junior Program Directors, coaches, players, and parents.  

Experience tells us that part of good communication is defining expectations and priorities for players, parents/family and coaches. Each party plays a significant role in the success of the program, therefore we want to ensure that all are fully aware of and understand the commitments and expectations of the BVSC.
