2009 Winter Training Camps
We are excited to announce the dates for our two winter Avalanche Indoor Camps. The first week of December we will be hosting an Elite Speed and Agility Camp to help our athletes (ages 8-18) improve their ability to change direction, brake suddenly and perform sport-specific skills with speed and dexterity. Sessions will include proper speed training, conditioning drills, agility drills, strength exercises, jump training, stretching routine and some mental conditioning drills.

The second week of December we will host a technical component camp (ages 8-15) implementing shooting, footwork, passing with receiving and small sided scrimmages. Sessions will include power and finesse shooting repetition, moves, defensive components, 1v1 work and receiving under pressure.

Please join Gabe Smart and Megan Dickerson for four days of a high-energy speed and agility camp and four days of a high-intensity technical skills camp.
