Paul R. Cody Columbus Day Tournament
October 10-12, 2009 

This Connecticut Junior Soccer Association sanctioned tournament has become a fall classic over the past two decades. Each year approximately 160 Classic-Level Teams* (travel programs) for both boys and girls ages Under 9 through Under 14 participate from all over the northeast.

*ELIGIBILITY: This tournament is for classic teams only (no premiere teams). This is a USYSA sanctioned tournament through the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association. All teams must be affiliated with the US Soccer, or the appropriate national association, and must be in good standing. This tournament will only allow properly registered teams.

Applications are due by August 16th with tournament entry fee of $450 for all age groups. Priority is given to the earliest applications and teams that have participated in the past.

Every team plays five games in a round robin format - the vast majority of teams have all games at the same site. The tournament is run over three days - Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
