11/05/2006 -- If you haven't noticed Winslow Township has started the building of three new fields.  Phase one is the removal of trees and grading.  I will be taking pictures and posting them here for all to enjoy.  This set of pictures shows the tree and stump removal.  Check back often as I don't know how fast or slow things will go but I will check the progress every week to see what is happening.

11/11/2006 -- Well it looks like they are starting to grade the area. There are markers all over and a huge pile of top soil so it shouldn't be long before things are level.  Still alot of work to do so come back often to check our status.

12/01/2006 -- The fields are really coming along now.  I was able to get out there today and see the work in progress.  I think one field is all laid out, the one in front along Sickler Road.  The poles for the light are there, and looks like we have some nice lighting going in.  I drove past the other day and watched the well for the irrigation system get tapped.  Things are coming along, so keep checking back for more info and pictures.

12/10/2006 -- Well things are moving fast.....we now have lights up.  Two fields both full sided will have game lights.  That means we can now host night games if needed.  Speaking of lights we are also putting in more light at the main fields, 6 poles with lights should be done for the spring season.

12/29/2006 -- Well the end of the year is coming fast and the fields are getting top soil.  We might really have grass growing their this spring.  not sure what else is going on, I know the lights are done and look great (maybe some night games????), the well is in so we can water the grass,  and with the grading we hope drier fields when the rain comes.

6/28/2007 -- It's almost July and they finally just today graded and seeded the new fields.  With lots of water maybe just maybe we will get some grass.  All the electric is now done, irrigation is in, hope to get some pictures of the fields with the lights on.....maybe we can get them to test them.  Hope to get ot there again in the next couple weeks to see how the grass is growing.  Enjoy our new photo albums with our new re-designed website.
